John "Jay" Thomas Connell III's Obituary
John T. Connell (Jay), age 71, passed away on November 13, 2022, in Annapolis, MD.
Jay is survived by his wife Arie, of Annapolis; son, John and wife, of Arnold; and his son, Brian, of Delaware, and 5 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents John Connell of Edgewater, MD; mother, Betty Chapman of Eastport, MD; and his brother Tommy Connell of Georgia.
Jay was born on August 4, 1951, in Annapolis, Md, to John and Betty Connell. He graduated from Annapolis Senior High in 1970. Jay accepted a position as a firefighter in Anne Arundel County where he worked for more than 26 years.
He loved family more than anything. He married Arie in 1972 and the couple had two sons together, John and Brian Connell.
