John Russell Brady Jr.'s Obituary
John R. Brady, Jr., 92, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 4, 2021 surrounded by loved ones after a lengthy illness. John was born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland to Russell and Rosabelle Brady.
He was a professional land surveyor for over 65 years and was an active member of the Maryland Society of Surveyors. He enjoyed road trips, fishing, boating, family, friends, watching the Orioles and Ravens games and most of all spending countless hours at the Annapolis City Dock.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra, daughters Sharon, Barbara, Merle (Tommy), Maudie, Stacey (Dave) and Ivy (Jon), 19 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and a sister Merle. He was predeceased by his parents, son John, daughter Carolyn and 4 grandsons.
At his request no service will be held. A Celebration of Life will be planned at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation in John’s memory to Hospice of the Chesapeake Foundation, John and Cathy Belcher Campus, 90 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, MD 21122.
