I only met Polly for a brief moment at the veterinarian today. When I heard her discuss the loss of her daughter, I felt a calling to walk over to her and give her my most heartfelt sympathy for the loss of her beautiful daughter. I told her that no parent should ever lose a child, and that I was infinitely sorry for her loss. It was only a brief moment, but she gave me the tribute card for Jennifer. I’m glad I met the strong woman who was being so brave about the loss of her daughter. Polly, I hope our paths cross again and God bless you and your family. Kathy V
Polly, words can’t express my condolences, just know, I love you

Dear Polly, Doug and Kirsten
The Paws Pals of Overlook Dog Park will never be the same without seeing our smiling Jen and Annie everyday. As Jen would drive to the park, and with the car window down, you could hear Annie howl with excitement over seeing her furry friends! We would all giggle and enjoy that sound, and Jen would have the biggest smile on her face when she came through the gates with her girl Annie. In her short year here in Baltimore, Jen dealt with the wind, the rain, and the most challenging was the cold winter. We introduced her to flannel lined jeans, triple layers, hand warmers, hoodies and a hat! Oh and Annie wore the warmest of jackets as she played with her furry friends! After rainy days the dog park would be muddy, so Jen would invite Louise and I and our fur babies for pizza n beer while the dogs played in her large, fenced in backyard. We went there so often that Louise and I teased Jen that we would love to rent a room just so the dogs could play in the backyard. Jen said okay - the dogs would be great company for Annie and play all day while she went to work. If Louise and I were not enjoying her home, us Paws Pals would eat out together for lunches or dinners, as well as take in a movie or two or even go to each other’s houses. We just packed our calendars with fun and friendship. Also, Jen was a great dog sitter for several coworkers and me, Mary Lou. She would tease me and send me daily “proof of life” pics of my dog Louie! And she did just that! Jen will forever be in our hearts! She was beautiful, smart, happy and just so pleasant to be around! Her sudden death is full of heartache as we struggle to cope. May God give you and the family all the comfort and strength to go forward. Know that Louise and I are here for you everyday even if it is to just listen. God Bless!
My son and I remember Jennifer as one of the three smartest girls in his class for the six years they went to school together. I remember her as sweet, quiet, smart and loved soccer.
Jen was one of the nicest people I met. She was an excellent IT and she always responded quickly to any problem we had. She certainly was part of the family to those who were stationed with her here in Charleston. She will be greatly missed. Gone too soon, but never forgotten.
Sending her family thoughts and prayers during this sad time. Thinking of her pup Annie too. She loved her so much and was such an awesome Mama to her. We are a hound family too and I always enjoyed sharing stories with her about the funny things hounds do and hearing the fun things she did for her birthday every year.
Our condolences, Alberto and Megan Santos
