Jason Smith's Obituary
Jason Robert Smith passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2020, after a 19 month battle with an aggressive form of kidney cancer. He was 37.
Jason was born on June 17, 1983, in Annapolis, Maryland. He was a proud Head Supervisor at Air Gott Services where he worked for 18 years.
On October 27, 2013 Jason married his wife Clarice Smith who he met in 2009. 5 years later on October 26, 2017 their son Hunter was born. He would spend his free time hanging out with family and close friends Bryan, Jesse, and Zoey Cobert. A favorite pastime of his was gazing out onto the ocean at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina or aboard a Disney Cruise in the Carribean.
He had a passion for Chevy’s, tattoos, and anything camo. It was a lifelong dream of his to purchase a Chevy Silverado that he could enjoy with his family, especially his son. He achieved that goal this past Summer and was able to pass that love of Chevy trucks onto his son.
In addition to those noted above, Jason is survived by his parents, Timothy and Valerie (Schier) Smith, sister, Jamie Smith and niece, Makenzie Allan.
Jason was a fighter. Even though he had his own battle to fight, he was always thinking of others. Please consider donating to St. Jude in his honor (www.stjude.org). In the words of Jason, “F#@k Cancer.”
