Janice Eloise Pepersack's Obituary
Janice Pepersack of Severna Park, at the age of 92, passed away peacefully with her daughter and granddaughter at her side on November 9, 2021. Janice was born in West Virginia and grew up in the mountain state. After her marriage to Gustav Pepersack, they lived for a few months here and there around the country while Gus was on business travel for the phone company. They eventually settled in Maryland. Even though she was a long time Marylander, the mountain state always held a special place in her heart. She maintained friendships with her high school class mates and visited as often as possible.
Janice lived an active life and touched many lives in the community by becoming an Avon Representative in the late 50’s and then as a mail carrier out of the Glen Burnie Post Office. She continued to sell Avon until just 3 years ago. But dancing was her passion later in life. She belonged to the Glen Burnie Moose Lodge and attended just about every dance and social event. No doubt some of her happiest memories were from dancing and lasting friendships that she made throughout her life. No surprise that she taught her granddaughter a few dance moves as a young child. Janice most likely did the Cha-Cha on her way to heaven.
Janice is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and David. And the love of her life, her granddaughter Stella. She is predeceased by her husband Gustav Pepersack, brother Richard Welton, and mother Morrow Welton.
We will miss her dearly.
