James Turner was born on May 22, 1939, to late Alexander and Julia Turner in Maryland. He departed his life on Tuesday, December 22, 2020.
James attended schools in Prince George's County, MD. He was a hard-working, diligent person who was willing to help anyone. He loved his family and friends unconditionally and did whatever he had to do with no complaints. He was very passionate about his grandchildren, making sure they had everything they needed. He would give you the shirt off his back. he LOVED his "crown royal" had a smile on his face talking about it. He was full of life and kept others laughing with his crazy sense of humor. James had many skills of work. He worked in construction, a well worker, and tree cutting. He loved working in his yard and fishing every chance he could. He was always there when you needed him.
James was preceded in death by his parents Alexander and Julia Turner, sisters: Doris Cabrera (Wenny), Helen Harley, and brothers: Landrew Turner (chick) and Wilson Turner.
He leaves to cherish his memories his daughters, Mary Anne Turner, Linda Turner, Renea Turner, Pamela Baskerville, Jerry Duvall and Tamkea Franklin; his sister, Florence Blake; his brothers: Charles Turner (Bud)m Clarence Turner (Toose), and William Turner, Jr.; his grandchildren: Carlos Stewart, Jr., Carlissa Stewart, Celeste Stewart, Nicole Turner, Nakiyah Cobb, Michael Duvall, Travis Evans, Trayvon Duvall, Makayla Aaron, Ranesha Roberts, Michael Flagg, Delvonta Hatcher, Jayquen Baskerville, Mykelle Teal, Shania Sembly, Brooke Johnson, Zyon Turner, and a host of great-grandchildren and family.
