I remember family trips to visit the Spence's in my youth. Mom, (Arlene Ryan West), my sister Patty and I, (Jim), would drive down from Pennsylvania and stay for the weekend. I remember swimming in the harbor, and floating on the raft that was anchored off the beach. I'm so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. We're praying for the Spence family.

As all of you know we are in Florida enjoying our retirement and wishing we could be with you all in honoring your dad for the wonderful man he was. I shared a thought that I had with Kevin when I heard about Jim's passing and I'd like to share it with everyone. I visited Gloria several time when she was in the nursing home and every time I stopped in she would turn on her record player and she and I would dance to the Big Band records she had. My thought when I heard of your dads passing was I saw Jim and Gloria dancing at the foot of our Savior!!!
