Mrs. Iris Mae Pyle's Obituary
***Due to the expected inclement weather, changes have been made to the services for Mrs. Pyle. A visitation will now be held on Wednesday, March 15 from 10 am - 12 noon, at which time the service will begin at Lasting Tributes, 814 Bestgate Rd., Annapolis, MD. All other services for Mrs. Pyle will be held privately.
Iris Mae Pyle passed away on Wednesday, March 8th. She was born on July 25, 1930 in Easton, MD to the late Wendell L. Davis and Evelyn Marshall Davis. She attended Easton High School, graduating class of 1947. On June 9, 1951 she married Donald B. Pyle and resided in Easton. In 1972, she made her home in Severn and later retired to Rehoboth.
Mrs. Pyle enjoyed crafts, dining out, reading and gardening.
She is survived by her children Beatrice Pyle Hanson, Donald B. Pyle, Jr., Michael B. Pyle and Pierre M. Pyle, Sr.; one brother, Wendell E. Davis; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Donald B. Pyle, Sr., two siblings, Virginia Davis and Donald L. Davis predeceased her.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 15 from 10 am - 12 pm at which time the service will begin at Lasting Tributes Cremation & Funeral Care, 814 Bestgate Rd. Annapolis, MD. Burial will be held privately at Crownsville Veterans Cemetery.
