Sue & I enjoyed many years of friendship with Dale, a local neighbor. We both started sailboat cruising with a Seafarer sailboat and later when we organized a Bayfarer sailing group, he was an early member. And we shared other mutual interest over the years.

Mike and I have very fond memories of neighborhood gatherings as we raised our children. We remember Dale for his loving friendship, kindness and always ready to jump in and help when needed. Our Deepest Sympathy at this difficult time.

Another memory is always getting subway after church every time we could! Also showing us what miracle whip is! Lots of love grandpa!
One of my favorite memories of my grandpa was sitting in his lap in the church lobby and playing wompa wompa. (Best game ever as a little girl) love you grandpa! Sing your heart out too the angels as you sail around the world!
Dale/Dad/Grandpa, came into my life when I was six years old. He raised me and my 2 siblings as his own and gifted us all with the best little brother in the world. The most significant contribution in my life, came from him; my faith and understanding of how important, and loving, our Eternal Father/Mother God is. I am forever grateful for all the loving, funny memories our family has had with him including; singing as loud as possible the oldest songs anyone knew, liquid spaghetti when he had us all over for dinner, and exploring the realms of the Chesapeake Bay with wind as our only source of power.
