Gertrude Pauline Hupp's Obituary
Gertrude Pauline Hupp passed away on Monday, March 17, 2025 in Annapolis. She was born in Greenville, TN and later relocated to Annapolis where she raised her family and created memories with her grandchildren. She worked most of her career at a laundromat, but finished her final career years with Anne Arundel County Public Schools within the Food Service department.
Gertrude loved her grandkids more than anything else. She enjoyed playing cards and games, listening to music, observing the neighborhood happenings, and creating her own narratives for what she say. She was stubborn but she was dedicated and loved.
She is survived by her children: Larry Dean Sr., Mary Dean-Poole, Vicky Dove, and Billy Dean Sr; and numerous grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Hupp; children: Kenneth Dean and Alice Dove; and siblings: James Wright, William Wright, Helen Nowell, Nancy James, and Willie Wright.
She will be missed by all.
