Jerry was a wonderful person, warm hearted, understading, a dear friend and a great brother-in-law. I have known all the Rosentsteels since before I was born. At one time in aprox 1939, my dad rented a room in Baltimore from Alice and Bill Rosensteel. I crew up calling them Aunt Alice and Uncle Bill. My dad watched over Jerry and Phil while he lived with them, becoming great friends of the entire family, which lasted for the rest of the lives of both families. When we were there visiting, I would tag around on Phil's and Jerry's shirt tails, as they were 13yrs and 8yrs older than me. I remember great times at crab roasts in their back yard, their huge porch, their dog that almost bit me in those early days. Great family gatherings then and later in our all our lives. Jerry and I would call each other on our almost shared birthdays and catch up on our families.
Jerry was love, he loved all of his family and will be missed so very much
by everyone. God Bless you always. Deep sympathy for your loss of Jerry
Jerry will always be in our hearts and our memory.
Love, Jackie Balzano
