Please accept my sincere condolences for your very sad loss. You may remember that I was Vice President of Research and Development until 2003, and always held Frank in the highest regard. Apart from being an excellent and dependable scientist, Frank was a very honourable man who was respected by everyone in the Department.

I worked with Dr. Wen for many years. He was greatly respected for his scientific acumen and for his ability to explain projects to those of us who did not have his level of education and experience. He was always enthusiastic about solving complex chemical problems for the company and was responsible for the success of many new products. At the same time he made work interesting and enjoyable. My deepest sympathy to the Wen family.
