Larry Norris
Felix Rubio was a loyal and dependable coworker and friend. As quick to lend a hand, knowledge or help he loved to take time to share a laugh, even during the most trying circumstances. His shift followed mine and I would often greet him with an introductory medley of, “ C’mon down, you’re the next contestant on the Wheel of Misfortune!” and we both would howl laughing! He was an especially kind and gentle soul and the world is a little more wanting in his absence. My sincere condolences are with his family and friends. May we all find the strength to sustain during this trying time. Thank you Felix for your friendship!
