Deborah Ann Cook was born September 17, 1949 in Annapolis, Maryland to the late Charles Cook Sr. and the late Susie Jones-Cook. She is survived by her husband Curtis Eades; 4 children Maria (Bryan) Lawson, Ricardo (Floretta) Henriques, Erica (Galen) Sellman and Irvin (Angel) Crowdy; 4 sisters: Dorothy Spencer , Brenda Cook, Latonya (Leon) Sellman and Evanna Cook; 1 brother Charles (Ruth) Cook Jr. She is preceded in death by 1 sister Sandra Watts and 1 brother Charles Sunny Cook.
Deboarh has 6 grandchildren: Markia Alexander, Brandon Henriques, Bria Lawson, Chantel Henriques, Mia Henriques and Maya Henriques; 1great grandchild: Amari Henriques and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members.
Deborah attened Anne Arundel County Public Schools; Parole Elementary, Bates High and Annapolis High School. She enjoyed taking care of others. Deborah was a Certified Nursing Assitant for over 30 years. She was employed by various nursing homes in the Annapolis area.
Deborah departed life November 22, 2015. She was love by many and will be missed.
