Dawn Laverne Kinze's Obituary
Dawn Kinze, age 78, died on July 2, 2022, in Annapolis, MD after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease.
Dawn worked as a Regional Vice President for Ingram Micro D before becoming President of KEMM, Inc. She was a certified Healing Touch Practitioner and enjoyed knitting, cooking, dancing, and relaxing at the beach. Most of all, Dawn enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, celebrating special events, and spreading joy with her smile, kindness, and generosity.
Dawn is survived by her husband of 32 years, Edgar Kinze of Annapolis, MD; daughters Tammy Gleeson of Severna Park, Beth Olney and husband Roger of Ellicott City, and Lanie Kinze; grandchildren Erika Olney and husband Michael Heigh, Alexa Eversman and husband Ian, Morgan Doneski, and Jane Patterson; nieces Joanne Smith and Karen Fahey. She is preceded in death by her father Byron Crist, her mother Elizabeth Crist, and her brothers Carl Crist and Kenny Crist.
The family extends special thanks to Joyce Sessoms, Zareen Mayorga, and Sana Teher for the love and caregiving provided for many years during her long battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
Special thanks to the Social Workers, Nurses, and Aides of Hospice of the Chesapeake.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a future date.
