David Paul Dellosa's Obituary
David Paul Dellosa was born on May 3rd, 1948 to his parents Juley P. & Lucille I. Dellosa in Philippi, West Virginia. He suddenly passed away on August 7, 2020 after a brief confinement at a hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.
David’s family resided in West Virginia until moving to the Washington, DC area after completion of his second grade. David graduated from Northwestern High School in Prince George’s County Maryland in 1966. After high school, David enlisted & served in the US Navy stationed in Norfolk, VA for two years active duty and two years on reserve.
David was employed by Graybar Electric Co. serving 43 years before retiring. David enjoyed his work and the people whom he came into contact with so much that David only stayed retired a short time before going back to work in the same industry for Rexel, Shepherd Electric and the last five years at Colonial Electric Company.
David is survived by his wife Cindy of 44 yrs. David is also survived by his sisters Mary (Ric) & Sister Linda (Jim). David had 1 niece, 2 nephews, 1 great niece & many cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, internment will be private at Cheltenham Veteran’s Cemetery on Friday September 4, 2020. There will be a life celebration held on May 1, 2021 at a place yet to be determined, again once COVID-19 pandemic restrictions are lifted.
