David Earl Chase's Obituary
David Earl Chase, 73, passed away Tuesday, July 29 of pulmonary fibrosis. David was born on April 21, 1941 in Clinton, Massachusetts to John Dwight Chase and Edinage Sadie Bourgault. David served in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged after 12 years. In 2001 he received the Presidential Award as a truck driver with Giant Food where he worked for 36 years. David enjoyed camping, motorcycling, and had a private pilot’s license. He was a member of the Annapolis Moose Lodge 296, and frequented the South River Fitness Club where he made a lot of great friends.
David is survived by his wife of 51 years, Ethel Louise; children: Catherine Louise Masgay and husband Ronald and Timothy Earl Chase, Sr. and wife Kimberly; grandchildren: Ronald David, George Tyler Masgay and Timothy Earl Chase, Jr., ; nieces: Joanne Prentice and Betty Burrows; nephews: Harry Labbe and Doug Turner; and one sister, Rachel Mary Labbe that he loved dearly.
