A public viewing will be held on Friday, October 9, 2020 from 9-10 am at First Baptist Church, 31 West Washington Street, Annapolis MD 21401. His service will begin at 11 am for immediate family members to attend in-person while other guests may watch the service online. Burial will follow at Bestgate Memorial Park.
