Darren Collins Jr.'s Obituary
Darren Collins, Jr., age 7, was born to Juanita black and Darren Collins, sr., on august 4, 2016, in Annapolis, Maryland. Darren transitioned from his earthly home to his eternal resting place on March 19, 2024.
Darren, known to family and friends as “Bink” and “Baby D”, attended Marley Elementary school in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Darren’s hobbies included playing basketball, football, video games, dancing and reading. Darren enjoyed spending time with his family on holidays and attending family gatherings. His smile lit up the room. Darren was loved by so many and leaves many memories to be cherished.
Darren is preceded in death by his great grandparents, Emma Jean Dean, Thelma Granderson, Carnel Stokes, Lawrence Black; Darrell Collins, Sr. “pop-pop”; his “mum-mum” Michelle Church; stepsister, Tierra Taylor; and uncles, Jonathan and Ray Dean.
Left to cherish his memories are his sisters, Keniya Collins, Unique Black, Harmoni Black, Blessing Black, and Havanni Black; stepbrother, Jay’marri Boykin; two stepsisters, Ronnisha Harris and Sierra Coates; his paternal grandmothers, Robin Dean and Robin Hawkins; his maternal grandparents, Marzene and Michael Black; eight uncles; thirteen aunts; thirty-one cousins; best friends, Freya Smith and Deont’e Brown, Jr.; and a host of family and friends that will miss him dearly.
