Dacia Lamon Holland's Obituary
Dacia Lamon Holland was born January 17th, 1964 in Omaha, Nebraska to Thomas Holland and the late Shirley Holland. She was educated in the Anne Arundel School system. She graduated from Severna Park High School in 1982.
Dacia enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Her grandkids where the apple of her eye. She made sure she had a bond with each one of her grandkids. Dacia grew up a military brat, where her favorite place that she lived was Okinawa, Japan. Dacia enjoyed shopping, traveling, gardening, and most of all cooking. Dacia had a special gift for making people laugh and feel loved. She was always a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen and she never met a stranger. Her favorite football team was the Ravens and enjoyed cooking for her kids and grandkids on Sundays while watching the football games with them. She touched many lives and it was her greatest wish that she be remembered for the happy times in her life rather than her illness and death.
She is survived by her children: Brittne Johnson, Troy Holland, Erin Holland and Parris Holland, Brandon Johnson (son in-law) ; Grandchildren: Kyeshaun Wells, MacKenzie Hawkins, Trequion Holland, Kyeion Holland, Makayla Johnson, Kailee Johnson, Aliyah McCullough, Jeremiah Cameron, Troi Holland and Yomii Naylor; Sister: Cherylene Wright; Brothers: Tyrone Holland and Troy Holland, Danny Wright ( brother in-law); God daughter: Praya Rogers; God son: Jalen King and Dear Friends: Robin Ross and Brenda Morgan.
