Chris William Caperones' Obituary
Chris Caperones, age 54, died June 23rd, 2022, at Washington Hospital Center due to cardiac complications. Chris is survived by his life partner Stephanie Boyd, his parents George and Joan, his brother Andy and partner Jackie, and his beloved black Lab Shelby.
Chris was born in Silver Spring, Md. and graduated from Montgomery Blair High School. Soon after, he moved to Orange County, California where he worked in the commercial and residential building industry. He then gained his Contractor License and opened his own company, Caperones Contracting. He was later licensed in Washington State and then in Maryland, where he has operated his business for the past 20 years.
It was in Newport Beach, California where he met Stephanie, and they have been together for the last 30 years.
Chris was a very social and active person who worked and played hard. His passion for fishing and the water made Annapolis a perfect fit. His family will always remember him as a fun loving, adventurous soul who would always make time for a friend or neighbor in need.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, July 16, from 2-4 pm at Lasting Tributes. His Celebration of Life service will begin at 4 pm. For those unable to attend, services will be livestreamed by clicking the link generated on Chris' obituary page on July 16.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ASPCA.
