Charles Michael Dove Sr.'s Obituary
Charles “Charlie” Michael Dove Sr was born on May 16, 1956 to the late Charles E. Dove and Dorothy Dove.
He grew up in southern Anne Arundel County on a farm with his parents and siblings. He worked on his family farm as well as neighboring farms from a young age. He attended Southern High School. He worked in roofing and construction since he was 16 years old. He most recently worked for Winlack Wright Renovations. He volunteered every Saturday for Habitat for Humanity for over 15 years.
Charles loved his family! His first priority was making sure his family needed nothing. He enjoyed watching Nascar and The Washington Football team. He loved classic country music and is known for singing all the time. He is also known for being funny and has many sayings no one will ever forget.
Charles departed this life on Friday, January 15, 2021 after a long battle with Covid-19. He leaves to cherish is memory: His “old Lady” of 47 years, Alice Dove; loving son, Charles M. Dove Jr. (Angela); loving daughters, Pamela Dove (Rich), Patricia Aguilar(Joel), Denise Dove (Reggie), and Crystal Dove; 3 loving nephews he raised, Terry Wright, David Wright and Charles Wright; adoring grandchildren, Kimberley Weatherley, Desiree Aguilar, Erik Aguilar, Audrey Aguilar, Kaine Jones and Kyle Jones; loving great granddaughter Cassidy Aguilar-Proctor; loving mother-in-law Gertrude Hupp; loving sisters Diane Johnson (James), Dorothy Hall, and Betty Lou Pearson; loving brothers Raymond Dove (Vicky), Bernard Dove (Margret), and John Thomas (Maryanne); loving nephews James Johnson, Steven Wright, Jason Davis and Fred Davis. He also leaves to remember him a host of nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
