Charles L. Carroll's Obituary
Charles Leo Carroll, son of the late Lee and Mildred Carroll of Pasadena, Md. was born July 25, 1946. He departed this life January 19, 2017 of a lengthy illness. Charles received his education in the Anne Arundel County School System, where he was a graduate of Wiley H. Bates High School, class of 1965. Charles was inducted into the U.S. Army January 1966 where he served his full tour of duty. He was honorably discharged and completed his tour during the Vietnam War. He was employed at the National Plastic Plant for several years and later enhanced a job driving tractor trailers. Charles loved life, and lived life to the fullest. He loved his family and would give you the shirt off his back, if he had it, you had it. He loved listening to his old music and his gospel music. Charles loved the LORD and would often quote the 23rd Psalms. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. Charles leaves to cherish: His loving son Pastor Charles E. Carroll Sr. (1st Lady Darlene Carroll) of Annapolis Md; a loving daughter, Danelle Carroll Blackwell (Justin) of Bowie, Md; grandchildren: Jairus Carroll, Malik Carroll, Keynah Carroll, David Gilbert, Jaelynn Blackwell, Taylore Blackwell, Justin Blackwell Jr; two sisters Bernice Tyler and Florence Brown; three brothers: William Carroll (Audrey), James Carroll (Shirley), Frank Carroll (Portia); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends and his caregiver Sherry Keemer.
