Charles Wesley Baugh, Jr. died peacefully at home on the evening of August 24 at the age of 95. He is survived by Helen, his wife of 72 years, his seven children, thirteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and his sister Ba Read Obituary
To Helen and family: Charlie was such a wonderful person and pillar of Ben Oaks. I lived on Severnside Drive for 34 years and fondly remember my daughters trick-or-treating, bringing back those scrumptious popcorn balls, in days before parents had to inspect or limit their children's treats. He had a wonderful life because of you and with you.
I remember touring Uncle Chuck's workshop and seeing all the amazing stuff he’d been working on. It was my first exposure to inventive genius and, thinking back, it’s probably part of what eventually inspired me to want to work with inventors and help them patent their inventions.
