Carolyn Cardone O'Halloran's Obituary
Carolyn Cardone O’Halloran, 79, passed away at home in Annapolis, MD, on Thursday, May 1, 2025.
Carolyn was born in New York City on October 29, 1945, the daughter of Nicholas Michael Cardone and Jane Carolyn (Devine) Cardone. She attended Catholic school in the city, followed by a degree in biology from Barry (College) University in Miami. She enjoyed years of teaching before raising her two children in Silver Spring, MD with her husband, Seamus whom she married on April 23, 1977.
Carolyn and Seamus set their roots in Silver Spring where she became an active member at St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church. Together, Carolyn and Seamus enjoyed endless hours of laughter at their home in Four Corners. They moved to Annapolis, MD in 2019 to be closer to their grandchildren. Carolyn loved to tell stories, watch movies, and see the birds come and go from her window (especially cardinals).
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Seamus; sons, Brendan and Michael; and two grandchildren, Reese and Owen.
