Fenster-Penner, Brenda (76) passed away at her home in Baltimore, MD on September 18, 2015. She is survived by her husband, Thomas H. Penner; and one son, Brett Fenster.
A Natural Burial Graveside Ceremony will be held on Monday, September 21st at 11 am at Bestgate Memorial Park 814 Bestgate Rd. Annapolis, MD 21401.
