Beatrice Henson's Obituary
Beatrice Henson was born on July 29, 1940, in Annapolis, Maryland, to the late George and Susie Randall. After a lengthy illness, she peacefully transitioned from this life on June 15, 2026.
Beatrice attended Anne Arundel County Public Schools and graduated from Wiley H. Bates High School. In September 1962, she married, James Henson Sr. From this union, six children were born, and together they built a loving family rooted in faith, strength, and devotion.
Throughout her life, Beatrice worked various jobs in the Annapolis area but found her greatest joy and fulfillment as a homemaker. She was known for her firm spirit, love of family, and unwavering dedication to those she loved. Beatrice enjoyed playing cards, cheering on the Baltimore Ravens, going to the Casino, puzzle books and spending cherished time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Susie Randall; her husband, James Henson; her children, Portia Henson, James Henson Jr., and Tia Henson; and all nine of her siblings.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Robyn Hawkins (Quincy) of Arnold, Maryland; her sons, Michael Henson of Glen Burnie, Maryland, and Terrance Randall (Beverly) of Virginia; her grandchildren, Tymetria, Quinton, Brandon, Quinika, Mychel, Ebony, Elizabeth, Breona, and DaShawn; six great-grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends whose lives were touched by her firm and unwavering love.
Beatrice's legacy lives on through the generations of family she created, loved, and inspired. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

In accordance with Beatrice's wishes, there will be no funeral or repast service. The family kindly asks that you honor and remember Beatrice in your own special way, reflecting on the memories, love, and joy she shared throughout her life. Your thoughts, prayers, acts of kindness and expressions of sympathy are deeply appreciated during this time of loss.
