Among my fondest memories of Bart are of him and Margaret. This pic was from the ICOHTEC Symposium in Copenhagen 2007. I can still hear Bart's laughter and Margaret's lilting voice. I am a sound person! They were both so supportive of young scholars, and they were just good people to be around. I miss them both.
Among Bart's many endearing qualities, three stand out for me. His keen intellect, his warm and charming personality, and his wonderful laugh. I am grateful for his friendship.
