I always admired Barbara Dublin. She was the mother of my close childhood friend(s). While Barbara was the mother of twin daughters, at the time they were in high school, Barbara could almost pass as a triplet to her daughters. She was beautiful, strong and courageous as she lived her life. She raised her daughters to also be beautiful, strong and courageous women. I have fond memories hanging out in her home and going to the Moonlight Bowling Alley to hang out while Barbara participated in a bowling league. I remember when she lived in Milpitas California she allowed her twin daughters to have the Master Bedroom while she took a smaller bedroom in the house. Another house she moved in after her second marriage I remember Barbara turning the garage into the girls’ bedroom and it was a cool place to hang out as a teenager. I remember her as a hard working single mother, and for a while a step-mother. RIP Ms. Barbara Dublin.
