Barbara Lynn Rosdail's Obituary
Barbara Lynn Rosdail unexpectedly passed from this life on Saturday morning, May 4, 2019, in Baltimore, Maryland.
Barbara was born on December 8, 1947 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to the late Betty Jane Lieber and Kenneth "Red" Frame. On February 26, 1965 she married her high school sweetheart, Neil A. Rosdail, at the Little Brown Church in the Vale in Nashua, Iowa and was married for 47 years. They eventually settled in the Annapolis area before moving to Florida to pursue their passion for Peruvian horses on a 20 acre farmette. At one point, they had six horses, two cats and a dog down in Florida and loved the open spaces. After Dad's unexpected passing in 2012, Mom moved back to Maryland to be close to her family and settled in on the Eastern shore at Symphony Village where she was grateful for many wonderful new and special friends.
Barbara's passions in life included her late husband Neil, her family and friends, training and showing dogs (Vizlas were a favorite), Peruvian horses, flowers, going to plays or special events and having time with family and friends.
Barbara was a loving wife, supportive and giving Mother, indulgent and devoted Grandma and a proud Great-Grandma. Barbara will be missed by many for her quick smile, ready support and friendship, giving nature, quick wit and tough love when needed.
Barbara is survived by two children, Kimberly Chism and Dustun Rosdail (Dyan); a sister, Dawn Lambert; a sister-in-law, Dona Schultes (Rick); five grandchildren, Darbi Parham (Bobby), Cody Rosdail, (Bethany), Austin Chism (Cristina), Laney Rosdail and Kaytlynn Chism; four great grandchildren, Brad Parham, Jason Parham, Derek Parham and Adriana Chism Quero.
