Barbara A. Dorsey, a lifelong resident of Annapolis, passed away peacefully at her home on September 28, 2014. Memorial services will be held on Friday October 3, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses located at 65 Tarragon Lane, Annapolis, MD 21401.
