Augustus Terell Sharps' Obituary
Augustus Terell Sharps, son of (Late) Helen L. Sharps and (Late) Milton J. Sharps gained his wings
on February 10, 2025.
He received his education at Southern Senior High in Harwood, MD. His passion was lifting weights and wrestling. His favorite song was Maneater by Daryl Hall and John Oats.
He was employed by Baltimore Civic Center, Capital Center in Landover, MD and State Highway Administration in Annapolis, MD until his illness.
In his younger years he attended Chews United Methodist Church in Harward, MD.
He leaves to cherish two Brothers; Alphonso Sharps (Wanda Mae) of Severn, MD and Gregory Sharps (Robin) of Glen Burnie, MD. Three Sisters; Phyllis Moreland of Severn, MD, Alfreda Proctor of Bowie, MD and Wanda Marshall (Mike) of Lanham, MD. Two Aunts; Elizabeth Brewer of Baltimore, MD and Ellen Watkins of Lanham, MD and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
There will be no Repast. Burial is private.
