Arthur M. Tuers, 87, of Eastport, passed away Friday January 12 after a short battle with

Arthur joined the navy after high school where he served in the North Atlantic aboard the

at the Eastport Fire Department. More recently, he volunteered his time at the Annapolis

advocate of the bay; he crabbed, fished and hunted on her shores his entire life.
He was kind and generous, tough when he had to be, and he will be sorely missed.
