Annette Kay Tuers' Obituary
Annette Kay Tuers, age 64, died on November 27, 2022. Annette is survived by her husband, Lawrence Tuers III of Centreville, Maryland; her daughters, Melissa Camden and Tammy Neenan (Ryan) of Arnold, Maryland; her siblings, Barbara Daggett, Deborah Ford, David Michael Lamb, Joyce Diana Parkinson of Annapolis, Gail Britt of Crownsville, and John Eric Lamb of Pasadena; her sister in law Kathleen Armiger and brother’s in law Peter Parkinson and Kenneth Armiger Sr.; the apples of her eye, her six grandsons, Garrett Hall, Alex Neenan, Jackson Camden, Max Neenan, Parker Camden and Wes Neenan and her nephews and nieces, Christopher Parkinson, Kenneth Armiger, Jr., Courtney Jorgensen, Whitney Lamb, Emily Lamb, Heather Stark and Tina Armiger. She is preceded in death by her parents, John Herbert “Jack” and Thelma Marie Lamb, her father in law Lawrence Tuers Jr, her mother in law Shirley Tuers, her brother’s in law, James E “Jimmy” Ford and Michael Daggett as well as her nephew Randall Gregory Roe, Jr. “Greg”.
Annette was born on November 18, 1958 in Annapolis, Maryland to parents Jack and Thelma Lamb. She attended Adams Park and Germantown Elementary, Bates Junior and Annapolis Senior High Schools. She worked as a Bakery Manager with Safeway in Edgewater, Maryland for over 25 years before her retirement where she blossomed in the talent of decorating cakes. She often would give her time and talent to create amazing cakes for family to celebrate birthdays and special occasions.
Annette loved her family immensely. She enjoyed watching her grandsons excel in their sports and talents. She was an avid Baltimore Ravens and Orioles fan. One of her favorite moments was meeting and having her picture taken with Cal Ripken when picking up her grandson from baseball camp. During her spare time, she enjoyed visiting the Delaware casinos to play the slot machines with her dear friend and sisters.
A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, December 6 from 4-6 pm at Lasting Tributes, 814 Bestgate Road, Annapolis MD 21401 with Annette's memorial service beginning at 6 pm.
