My condolences to the family of Alma. I was so blessed to be able to visit with her in the hospital and bring her the Eucharist. We had a grand visit in recalling how we two joined the lector ministry so many years ago. I reminded this witty lady that she had created a funny memory for me as she sighted a motorist exiting his car but leaving the car door open for too long. Alma sang out "Door Prize" and had me laughing as we continued our journey. Rest in peace dear lady.
I worked with Alma for many years at TCS. She cherished her husband Mickey, and loved her children and grandchildren tremendously! Her smile, her warmth, sense of humor were always a bright spot in any setting. Sending love and prayers to all as Alma's time here is celebrated!
