Albert James Cover Jr.'s Obituary
It is with a heavy heart his family announces the death of Albert James Cover, Jr., born on September 24, 1935, in Baltimore, Maryland and died on November 2, 2021, in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Albert was 86 years old.
Albert was a loving husband to Carole Adele Place Cover for what would have been 65 years in January 2022. He is survived by his four children: Carole Ann, Valerie Ann, Janice Catherine, and Michael James; his nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
In his younger years, Albert served as a volunteer fireman with the Lake Shore Fire Company in Pasadena, Maryland before serving in the United States Marine Corps. Albert went on to have a long, rewarding career starting as a Lineman with The Chesapeake & Potomac Telephone Company of Maryland, retiring 37 years later as an Engineer from what is now known as Verizon.
