We know that grief does not subside after the funeral. In fact, it sometimes becomes harder to cope with. Even those simple everyday obligations can become wearisome. This is why we believe in extended services – in other words, complete care after the funeral at no additional cost to the families we serve.
After the passing of a loved one, many people ask themselves, “Now what?” This overwhelming feeling is often experienced due to the multitude of tasks required after the loss of a loved one.
That is why we provide the families we assist a personal Funeral Concierge and multi-chapter organizer. Assistance is provided in bereavement support, processing complex benefits paperwork, even arranging for delivery of groceries, house or yard care, and necessary car repairs. Your dedicated Funeral Concierge provides the guidance to resolve these problems. Our concierges are in constant contact and readily available to the family until a loved one’s affairs are settled and the emotional stress has lessened.
This is just one more way our funeral home expresses its ongoing commitment to assist families in any way we can. Please contact us to learn more about this exclusive service.
