The arrangement for our family's funeral was beautiful! I give them a 5 star for that! I would like to suggest to allow a longer area to sign the card. I sent this arrangement from 3 families and I had to leave some people off because there wasnt enough room. As an example, I wanted to sign it, Marty and Kelly and girls, Doug and Dawn, Kevin and Tracy. I had to leave off "my girls". That would be the only downside.

The arrangement was not as pictures and very underwhelming. 'Beautiful in Blue' came in a clear vase instead of the blue vase pictured. The overall dimensions where not even close. I purposely went with the premium version but came off looking more like the poverty version. The arrangement did stand out amongst the others, in that it was the smallest. I have pictures. It was embarrassing!

I made specific instructions as to make it the way the flower arrangement was and to not allow the company or the person who made the bouquet to change it to their own liking. Very very dissatisfied. I just made three bouquets for my brother's funerals from flowers at Walmart that had a dozen roses and spring flowers plus Greenery I made three beautiful bouquets for $60 and I paid $130 for maybe 10 flowers in a blue vase. Shame on you don't ever buy from this store

While nice looking, they were delivered minutes prior to the conclusion of the viewing (just prior to 4 o'clock as the family was leaving the room). We ordered these through the funeral home site, so excuse to not knowing location, time of event or who had passed. The false information I was given when I called the sympathy store while I was on their website, the hoops I was told to jump through, the run around and impersonal email responses constitute some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Instead of answering the question I called with, I was lead to believe they could provide something they couldn't and later when confronted with this, they had no remedy. So much for Sympathy! Not what I needed when dealing with the death of a loved one. I didn't cancel the order because by then too much time had passed. It was too late to go elsewhere. The flowers provided were decent but I will never use them again!

They stated that the price difference between arrangement size is based on how many flowers you get not how tall the arrangement is. On the site I only saw height and width as a determining factor. Contacted the store, they were friendly and polite and refunded an adequate portion. Hi There, While the Beautiful in Blue arrangement APPEARS to be a gorgeous gift for someone, I didn't get to see the actual arrangement as it was sent to a co-worker's relative's service. It would be phenomenal if the florist would send a picture along with the receipt/order (for proof of date/request) so we could see what we're sending!!! Unfortunately, I have been embarrassed too many times when I later learn from the recipient or friend that the arrangement was not received in the greatest shape or was not the "large" size full of flowers. And I had to call to get a memorial tree removed that was added to my order that I did not ask for. Also a few of the flowers were a little brown around the edges. I ordered the largest size offered ( approx $110) plus another $35 fees and taxes. So grand total around $150. The arrangement was very pretty but still quite small. The picture on the website looked much fuller and grander than what I received. What I got was the size of a normal flower arrangement not a larger funeral memorial. I wanted a premium flower arrangement for my dearest friend’s mother’s funeral. I chose Beautiful in Blue at the premium level. The best I can tell is the florist did a small arrangement I a clear glass vase, not blue. Supposedly there were were blue hydrangeas and delphiniums with some white roses. All I can say is the blue in the hydrangeas and delphiniums was extreme pale, the flowers were very small. I will never trust this service again.

Unbeknownst to me, there's a default option when ordering flowers that automatically had you also order a tree to be planted in honor of the deceased. In my haste, I did not see this, nor did I pay attention to the invoice. You actually have to "unclick" this option not to order the tree. I guess shame on me for not paying closer attention to this but, quite frankly, I've never seen this practice before. If you ask me, I think it's questionable. You can recommend all you'd like, but do not automatically check the box for me. Future consumers beware.

Had a good experience from start to finish. Easy to order and you can always click the link or call customer service for updates. The date was changed on my order and when I called customer service they were fast and very helpful to explain that they do a double check prior to delivery to make sure it is still a right time, date, place etc which is great! It ended up being a day later that the arrangement needed to be delivered to the funeral home. Great company.
