Deepest sympathies to Bob’s family. Bob was a great guy to work with. He always had an enthusiastic, can-do attitude on the job. He solved many complex technical problems in the field for the US Navy by being very creative. In 1989, Bob welcomed me on my first day at work at the David Taylor Research Center in Annapolis with a friendly smile and a cold beer. Rest in Peace, Bob.
