Patricia "Patty" Richards

Patricia "Patty" Richards, 68 of Millersville, passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021, after battling cancer for over a year. She was born in Arnold on May 23, 1953. She is survived by her husband James "Jim" Coolbaugh of Millersville, one son Joshua (Jennifer) Richards of Pasadena, one daughter Erin (Jason) Krumins of Crownsville, her mother Helen Mansfield of Annapolis, and three grandchildren, Leah, Jackson, and Dylan. She is preceded in death by her father, Thomas Mansfield and her brother, Craig Mansfield. A celebration of Patty's life will be held at a later date.
