I lost a childhood friend when I was 21. Severna Park is pretty, but too many people I loved ended things too soon. This breaks my heart that it still happens. I am so truly sorry for her, and her loved ones.
I miss you Lauren. I post randomly all over your Instagram as you I am sure have seen, but I also really really miss ALL the good times that I had with your mom. I mean, I could ALWAYS depend on Peggy to be my wing girl wine buddy. One of many most funny things we did was say to you two girls, "hey girls, it's getting to be bed time. Go get ready for bed and we'll be in to tuck you two into bed". Because we lived so close to each other, Jacky and Lauren were like sisters and Lauren often stayed here and vice versa. So what is so funny about all of this you ask? Welllllll....neither one of those two knew how to tell time. So we would every so often tell them that it was that time...boo hoo..bedtime....so we could enjoy our 5:00 o'clock somewhere wine time even though it was still daylight out and children were still out playing. HA HA HA Dang I still laugh about that....I just miss hanging out with Peggy and will always remember some of the little shenanigans we did. Gary and Shelby were always on their own page, the three or I should say 4 of us on another. But it is so nice to see what Shelby is doing on Instagram and I love all you guys. You made raising my daughter so much more full of life and love and were always around to vent with or just do nothing with. Lauren, I often wish that we were still there and you were still close with Jacky. Maybe things would be different. Nevertheless, you continue to make me laugh so there you are LFA!
Until next time,
Lisa D (that's still Ms. Lisa to you!)
To the Family & Friends of Lauren Fay Abbott:
From the start of human suffering, not a single teardrop has gone unnoticed by our heavenly Father. He notices the pain that we suffer. According to his Word, he will bring an end to all suffering. By means of his Kingdom, he will drastically change the human condition for the best.
Revelation 21:3-5
