To Mike's family: I'm so, so sorry. I can only imagine the huge gap you're feeling in your lives right now. Those of us who worked with Mike most recently are devastated. Mike was a good friend and mentor to all of us and it's impossible to imagine our world without him. Please know Mike's legacy includes those of us he coached and patiently taught. He'll live on in everything we do to support the great men and women who serve in the United States Navy. We'll pass the lessons Mike taught us to the next generation, and that generation will pass them to the next. Mike will live on in us and in everything we do. What a special man, friend, colleague, professional, and really, really good person. The PMS 406 Test and Evaluation Team lost a brother. We'll work every day to honor Mike's legacy, live up to Mike's standards, and will overcome future challenges by thinking "what would Mike do?" Mike always had the best answers.
