Only recently learned that Gary passed away a year ago. It was a devastating shock. Gary was the nicest, kindest man you could ever hope to know. He was a special friend for many years. I’m glad that he enjoyed time living in Annapolis.

Gary was my upstairs neighbor. He always seemed full of life and was always helpful, friendly and cooperative. We, his neighbors, were shocked by the news of his death. All of us extend our condolences to family, friends and coworkers.
