Fred - working for you from 1976 to 1979 at Andrews Afb and sitting across from you was the highlight of my nearly 60 year working career. You defined working with humor and cheerfulness a trademark that I will cherish forever. I can honestly say that going to work every day was a pleasure and fun because I never knew what to expect and never knew what prank was around the corner. I will miss you and and I enjoyed the times we had after retirement. I know that God blesses you because you were one of the most decent person I have known.
