Dionne Eileen Walker was born November 9, 1959 to Cynthia and Donald Palmer Sr. The fifth-born to this union. She was the “Matriarch” of the Palmer children, honor and responsibility that she wore well. Dionne was born in Bethesd Read Obituary
What I will always remember most about Mrs. Walker is her unending smile, just like in her photo. Illness is known to accentuate one's personality traits. Even at her most ill, she was always so nice and polite, and would want to know how I was doing as much as how could we help her. She and her family are part of our family and losing her was difficult.
My condolences and prayers go out for the entire Walker family.
I wish to express my condolences to the family. I know that your loss is great. May you find comfort from the God of all comfort who helps us to cope with our grief. It can be hard to face each day without your loved one, but the love and support of family and friends, and, of course, our loving Creator, can help to ease the pain and sorrow. As I reminisce the smiles,laughter,and joy of growing up with the Palmer family hold some of my most fond memories. My heart is heavy as I share in your sorrow for the loss of Dionne.

To the Palmer Family from a friend from many years ago, I still remember the bubbly, happy, smiling, cute little girl who appears to have grown into a beautiful woman with so much love from family and friends. I wish I could have seen Dionne (Onkie) (sp) in the present years, but to have the opportunity to share fond memories is comforting. Please accept my condolences. To her mother, father, husband, children, sisters, brothers, and other family, may God bless you and keep you wrapped in his loving arms and know she is forever with you.
